Advice

1. We accept referrals from all units within the Southern Health network.  If you are seeking advice or wish to make a referral please contact the Clinical Registrar on pager 7831, or the Referrals Registrar on pager 8505.
   
   
2. We also offer advice on films and other haematological tests and results.  Please contact us during office hours on 9594 4366 and ask to speak with the Consultant on call.  After hours you may reach the Consultant on call by telephoning the hospital switchboard on 9594 6666 and asking for the Consultant on call to be paged.
   
   
3. If you would like to arrange a bone marrow procedure

a. Please telephone Pathology Outpatients collection on extension 42383 to arrange an appointment;

b. If there are no vacancies contact the Clinical Haematology Administrative Assistant on extension 44366 or the Laboratory Registrar on pager 084;

c. To arrange a bone marrow for all inpatients please contact the Laboratory Registrar on pager 084.
