Southern Health offers unique opportunities to advance care through clinical and scientific research across the full spectrum of health care.
The Research Directorate oversees more than 600 research projects across Southern Health departments and our partners. These include Monash University, Monash Medical Research Institute, Prince Henry's Institute and the Monash Institute of Medical Research, Deakin Nursing Research Centre, Southern Synergy.
Our post-graduate research support and annual program of emerging researcher fellowships valued at $30,000 each highlight our commitment to developing the capability of young researchers.
