Outpatient Services operates a large number of consultative, post operative, nurse led and preadmission clinics located at Casey, Dandenong, Monash Clayton and Moorabbin.

GPs are asked to refer into Outpatients Services using the Victorian Statewide Referral Form (VSRF).  This is contained in most major clinical software.  For more information, visit General Practice Victoria's website at www.gpv.org.au

Private Referrals

Where the letter 'P' is listed at the end of a clinic title, this denotes a private clinic. Patients may be charged for these services and all PRIVATE referrals must be directed to the private clinic in accordance with their requirements.
