Provides support and assistance to Aboriginal patients and their families as well as staff education on working with Aboriginal patients.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Patients with an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background or part of a family from this background.
  • There is no catchment or boundary restrictions
