Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service
The Cognitive Dementia and Memory service (CDAMS) is a multi-disciplinary, diagnostic clinic for older people experiencing change to memory or other areas of thinking.
In addition to diagnosis the clinic provides information, education, support and referral to other community agencies for all affected by cognitive change.
Geographical area
- Cities of Kingston, Glen Eira (part only) Greater Dandenong, Casey and Cardinia.
Cost
- There is no charge to attend the clinic.
Days of service
- Office staffed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and alternate Thursdays.
