Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS)
Servicing the Cities of Bayside, Kingston and Greater Dandenong we provide comprehensive assessment, information and support for people over 65 years. We work with those who want to remain at home with supportive care as well as those who are considering the move into a residential aged care facility.
Assessment is required to access many government funded aged care programs.
