In-memoriam donations
Many people find comfort in making a gift to a hospital or medical research body, in recognition of the medical care and attention provided to a loved one who has recently died.
Our hospitals (Monash Medical Centre – Clayton & Moorabbin, Dandenong Hospital and the Kingston Centre and the new Casey Hospital) are grateful recipients of these gifts, using them to purchase much needed medical equipment that will help us improve care and save the lives of others.
Our In-Memoriam donation envelopes are available to families and funeral directors for distribution at the funeral service to those interested in supporting the family’s wishes. The family or funeral company forwards the money collected to Southern Health within days of the service or individuals can send their donation independently.
Gifts in memory can also be made via our secure online donation facility.
